A Crash is a term to describe a temporary period of immobilising physical and/or cognitive exhaustion, usually caused by the worsening of existing symptoms. Crashes can last hours, days, months or even years.

The following stories all happened in, at the end of, or with a crash on the horizon.

My stories are representative only of my experience. Chronic illnesses affect every person differently, both physically and mentally. Though I hope resonance can be found in the chapters ahead.

At times I will bear it all, but I’ll also always try to find the humour in any situation, so hopefully everyone can enjoy.

This is what life is like in a crash.

For the Millions Missing.
